How does Klikk work?
Klikk uses advanced AI to extract event information from photos of posters, flyers, or invitations. Simply take a photo or choose one from your gallery, and Klikk will automatically detect event names, dates, times, and locations. You can then export these events directly to your calendar.
What subscription plans are available?
Klikk offers two subscription plans:
- Monthly: $9.95/month - Unlimited event extractions and batch upload
- Yearly: $79.95/year - Save 33% ($6.66/month)
Both plans include unlimited event extractions, batch upload (up to 5 images at once), and priority support.
How do I manage my subscription?
iOS (Apple In-App Purchase):
- Open iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Find "Klikk" and tap to manage, cancel, or change plan
- You can also use Settings → Manage Subscription in the app
Web/Android (Stripe):
- Go to klikk.li/account
- Click "Manage Subscription" to access Stripe Customer Portal
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided, but you'll continue to have full access until the period ends.
What image formats are supported?
Klikk supports all standard image formats including JPG, PNG, HEIC (iOS photos), and WEBP. For best results, ensure event text is clearly visible and well-lit.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Images are processed securely and are NOT permanently stored on our servers. Event data is stored in SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure (Supabase). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Can I use Klikk offline?
Event extraction requires an internet connection to process images with our AI. However, you can view your event history and previously extracted events offline.
The AI didn't extract my event correctly. What can I do?
You can manually edit any extracted event before exporting to your calendar. Tap on an event in the results screen to edit name, date, time, or location. For best AI results, ensure event posters have clear, visible text with good lighting.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices:
- Sign in with the same account you used to subscribe
- Go to Settings → Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Your subscription will be restored automatically
